5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear (if hygiene tags have been removed)
• Underwear & Nightwear

Exceptions are made for defective items.
